ABOUT THE BOOK

Welcome to a tiny country with a big soul. Often painted with a black, white or gray brush, the real Israel is as far from that concept as imaginable.

George Fischer’s vivid views on the people, culture and history are inspired. His striking images are tinted with spectacular hues from the friendly skies, shimmering seas and vibrant lifestyles that define this intriguing country. As he roams through the land, George captures an astounding array of scenes. Sun-seared deserts cut by cerulean seas and punctuated by imposing natural sculptures. Green hills and valleys cooled by mists and rain – a prelude to the snowy Mount Hermon. In the cities, George revels in the nightlife, the markets, the food and the art.

Through this book, you can join him in an Israel that is never just black and white.
